Fiscus Homes specializes in prefabricated home packages. Our prefab homes are custom-designed by architects and home design professionals and are supplied to homeowners, builders and developers in British Columbia and around the world.

Our custom prefab homes are built locally near Vancouver, BC and shipped globally around the world. We have built custom homes in Vancouver’s Lower Mainland and around the province of BC . We have exported prefab home packages to Washington State, California, the Eastern States, the Bahamas and Japan.

Our customers send us their designer’s plans and we estimate the cost of a home package and coordinate the delivery to their building site.
